Lindsay Lohan Posting Bail
If you haven’t done so already, it is now OFFICIALLY a great idea to LOCK ALL of your, windows and doors and keep them locked!
A computer glitch by the California prison system has released 450 inmates, who are rated "a high risk for violence"!
Scary Screw-Up’s Batman!
The benevolent officials thought that they were releasing prisoners as unsupervised parolees.
Because of a program meant to ease overcrowding by placing qualifying participants on "non-revocable parole".
These elite convicted felons:
Do not need to check in with a parole officer and can only be imprisoned "IF" caught committing a crime!
To the official’s credit however, these 450 chosen individuals obtained undue freedom in an orderly manner, NOT SET LOOSE as in A JAILBREAK in ONE DAY. Further investigation on the program shows, that this procedure has been effective since January 2010; their documents have revealed:
31 out of 200 released prisoners were NOT eligible for parole and
Nine of those were determined LIKELY TO COMMIT VIOLENT CRIMES.
Using 15% error rate the State of California found in their sample, out of the 10,134 former inmates who were on non-revocable parole in July of 2010, the state has estimated the 450 violent criminals they WRONGLY RELEASED, mixed in with approximately a thousand other inmates who committed less violent offenses.
This SHOCKING NEWS comes a mere COUPLE OF DAYS, AFTER the U.S. Supreme Court RULED that California’s prisons are overcrowded and ORDERED our STATE OFFICIALS to
reduce the inmate population by 33,000!On Wednesday May 25, 2011, ONLY Senator Ted Lieu, who ordered this investigation, asked,
the logical question for an entire stunned stats constituency, "How can the public have confidence they can release 33,000 felons safely?"This is a Good question isn’t it?
That is why I ask YOU, my fellow citizens what do ALL OF YOU think OUR EMBATTLED GOLDEN STATE, should do to CORRECT this AMAZING BLUNDER?
